AQUA SPHERE WARRANTS ITS PRODUCTS TO BE FREE OF DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. PRODUCTS WHICH PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER CONDITIONS OF NORMAL AND PROPER USE, WILL BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED WITHOUT CHARGE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. FOR WARRANTY SERVICES, RETURN THE PRODUCT WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE TO THE STORE FROM WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED.

HOWEVER, DO NOT USE THIS MASK UNDER CONDITIONS WHERE SUDDEN OR HIGH SPEED IMPACT WITH THE WATER OR HARD OBJECTS COULD OCCUR, AS SUDDEN IMPACT TO THE LENS OR FRAME COULD CAUSE IT TO BREAK, RESULTING IN SERIOUS OR PERMANENT INJURY TO THE FACE OR EYES.
